I figure it’s been a while since I reviewed a place, this week’s honor goes to the Racquet Club. A leisure center style gym based in the heart of Bangkok. For other gyms in Thailand check out my Fitnessstudios in Bangkok<\/a> Artikel.<\/p>\n

Was ist der Racquet Club?<\/h2>\n

Der Racquet Club ist ein Fitnessstudio f\u00fcr wohlhabende Thais und Expats, die in Bangkok leben<\/a> (wie zum Beispiel Pal\u00e4o-Robbie<\/a>). Ich sage das, weil die Preise ziemlich teuer sind und die Kundschaft, die ich dort kennengelernt habe, anscheinend reiche Kinder sind, die online Geld verdienen<\/a> und \u00e4ltere Berufst\u00e4tige.<\/p>\n

\"Schl\u00e4gerclub\"<\/p>\n

Ihr Zentrum ist ziemlich krank, sie haben 4 Dach-Tennispl\u00e4tze, Basketballplatz, 12 Badmintonpl\u00e4tze, 4 Squashpl\u00e4tze, zwei Schwimmb\u00e4der, ein Fitnessstudio, das alles hat, was Sie wollen, Spin-Kurse, Yoga und vieles mehr. Wenn Sie Mitglied werden, brauchen Sie f\u00fcr die Kurse nichts zu bezahlen, sie sind alle in Ihrer Mitgliedschaft enthalten. Man bekommt einen Personal Trainer und der Rest kostet 200-400 Baht, glaube ich.<\/p>\n

Sie k\u00f6nnen auch Schl\u00e4gertraining von 300-400 Baht pro Stunde bekommen.<\/p>\n

Sie bieten Handt\u00fccher, haben Umkleider\u00e4ume, Duschen und Saunen. Der Racquet Club hat sogar einen Shuttle-Bus, der Sie alle 45 Minuten zur Phrom Phong BTS bringt.<\/p>\n

Was mir am RQ CLUB gef\u00e4llt<\/h2>\n

Am besten gef\u00e4llt mir an der Mitgliedschaft im RQ Club, dass das Fitnessstudio normalerweise immer leer ist.<\/p>\n

Except for Mondays, the gym is pretty much quiet most of the week meaning I can do whatever I want. There is usually always a free court available (tennis can get busy), the bench is always free and classes are never that full that you can’t get a space. The towels and shower rooms are very clean, the staff speak good English and provide a pretty good customer service standard overall.<\/p>\n
