{"id":7659,"date":"2016-08-17T20:56:01","date_gmt":"2016-08-17T19:56:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/afarangabroad.com\/?p=7659"},"modified":"2017-01-11T07:15:32","modified_gmt":"2017-01-11T07:15:32","slug":"varrzon-residence-sukhumvit-36","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/afarangabroad.com\/fr\/2016\/08\/varrzon-residence-sukhumvit-36\/","title":{"rendered":"Varrzon Residence Sukhumvit 36 Apartment Review"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>It&#8217;s been a while since I did an apartment review, so today I&#8217;ll be doing one for Varrzon Residence located on Sukhumvit 36, in Thong Lor.<\/p>\n<p>J'ai s\u00e9journ\u00e9 ici pendant deux ans dans un studio (ann\u00e9e 1) et dans une unit\u00e9 \u00e0 un lit (ann\u00e9e 2).<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Prix de location de la r\u00e9sidence de Varrzon<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La r\u00e9sidence Varrazon dispose de 3 types de chambres :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Studio (11 000b -13 000b)<\/li>\n<li>Duplex (19 000b+)<\/li>\n<li>Chambres \u00e0 1 lit (16 000b+)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All rooms comes with a two-piece stove meaning you can cook even in the studios. It&#8217;s vary rare to see studio apartments in Bangkok have a built-in kitchen, especially for as little as 11,000b in a high value location.<\/p>\n<p>If you come with a Thai person you can negotiate contacts for 3-12months, if you&#8217;re really slick or it&#8217;s low season you may even be able to get 1-2 month contracts.<\/p>\n<p>N'oubliez pas que cet appartement est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement complet en haute saison. Si vous voulez vraiment une chambre ici, graissez la r\u00e9ceptionniste avec 500b et dites-lui de vous contacter lorsqu'une chambre sera libre.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous parlez tha\u00eflandais ou si vous avez une <a href=\"https:\/\/afarangabroad.com\/fr\/thai-friendly-dating\/\" target=\"_blank\">Petite amie tha\u00eflandaise<\/a> elle peut peut-\u00eatre \u00e9conomiser un millier de bahts sur le tarif annuel.<\/p>\n<p>J'ai pu b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d'une r\u00e9duction de 1 000 b par mois pour ma chambre \u00e0 un lit parce que j'y avais d\u00e9j\u00e0 s\u00e9journ\u00e9 auparavant (j'avais pay\u00e9 15 000 b).<\/p>\n<p>If you are single and don&#8217;t mind a small studio room, I don&#8217;t think you&#8217;ll find a better place so close to Thong Lor BTS than Varrzon Residence.<\/p>\n<p>Their 1-beds are good value if you can snap it for 16,000b per month or less. I feel their duplex rooms are a little overpriced as some go for as much as 30,000b. The 18-22k seems about right, anything more and you&#8217;re over paying.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m not a fan of duplex rooms since the bedroom is not connected to a toilet meaning you have to go down stairs at night, which is a one-way street to snap city after a <a href=\"https:\/\/afarangabroad.com\/fr\/bangkok-clubbing-guide__trashed\/clubs-propres-de-bangkok\/\" target=\"_blank\">messy night out in Bangkok<\/a>.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It&#8217;s been a while since I did an apartment review, so today I&#8217;ll be doing one for Varrzon Residence located on Sukhumvit 36, in Thong Lor.
