there are only two main drugs on the market: sildenafil (Viagra, Kamagra, etc) and tadalafil ( Cialis, Apcalis and so on)

it depends on too many factors to give a precise number, but generally, sildenafil last hours, tadalafil, the whole day.
you use sildenafil for the night. tadalafil for the entire weekend.
in practice, beware if you take it several times in a row, like for a full sex vacation. sildenafil is ok, but tadalafil last more than a day. so, if you take it every day, there is still a bit remaining in your blood. do it every day, and you get monstrous accumulation, up to the point your heart stop. it’s still possible to take it at a sufficiently small dose so it has the time to be removed for the next day. generally, 5mg or less.

Viagra and Kamagra has awful side effects imo. Kamagra is the absolute worst. Heart palpatations, feeling hot and burning in the face. Nah. If you’re going to use I prefer Cialis or the copy Apcialis. Cialis is not generic Viagra it is two very different drugs. Cialis has a 48 hours worklife while Viagra is 4-8 hours. Cialis also has noticeable less side effects. To use it for the weekend, take it Thursday afternoon and go to bed, wake up with massive boner for Friday and Saturday regardless of alchohol intake.
Do not and I repeat do NOT buy Cialis on street of Sukhumvit as its fake and possibly toxic. Just get Apcialis from Ajanta Pharma in a pharmacy. Take half a tablet, not a full.

Cialis is hard to find nowadays but Kamarga can be picked up at most markets.
Important never to take poppers (amyl nitrate) at the same time as both lower your blood pressure and you can end up having a stroke or heart attack.

1- you can find it on the streets, some pharmacies sell it as well. You should always talk to a dr before taking any medication.

What about Levitro? Don’t they also sell that brand in Bangkok? Heard Levitro has less side effects than the others but works more like Viagara. Not sure why ya didn’t mention it.

I’ve had the Cialis, Viagra and the Kamagara while in Bangkok. The best results I’ve gotten was definitely from the Kamagara, as I believe that it is a copy of Viagra….it is nevertheless the most real medication on the streets there. By the way…. Cialis is a different drug than Viagra, you had mentioned that it is a knock off of Viagra which it is not. Viagra and Kamagara are the same drug. Used sidegra, was well worth it. Only find that my eyes go bloodshot quickly. Well worth the experience though. The stuff in Nana is sold on the street. You don’t have any way to know if it’s real. However I and my friends have bought stuff there several times and it all worked. The official vigiarta tablets are hit and miss but the kamarga in Nana and Asoke always works.

You can buy them over the counter, you don’t need to see a doctor in Thailand.
I found that much of the stuff you buy in many chemists is also counterfeit. I had the genuine (Cialis) product from Australia and in my first visits I saw some in chemists and bought a bunch from a range of places (because it’s much cheaper, it’s 210o baht per 4 pills in Australia based in Nov 2019 FX) and after inspection and careful research I could identify every single one from every Phuket corner pharmacy as counterfeit. I don’t know if its also available without prescription from big legit Boots or Watsons in Bangkok however, given how dangerous it is it may not be.
My last trip to Bangkok in November 2019 there was billboard posters everywhere from the Airport to the City with skulls and crossbones warning of fatally fake drugs and only buying from geniune licensed pharmacies. I’m guessing there is a pretty good reason for this.
For the uninformed who haven’t had a conversation with a doctor about this stuff I would seek some medical advice before you start picking this up off the street and popping it.
Side effects include permanent blindness and death, this shit is serious. Its not just a blood red face, headaches and back pain (all of which are very common side effects).
That said , it can and probably will be safe if:
You don’t have contraindicated medical conditions, medicines, recreational drugs, food/drink etc . At minimum, do a search on this to make sure you don’t like, die or require serious medical treatment
You have a genuine product with regulated manufacturing controls, especially in the assurance that each pill has the stated quantity of active ingredient.
You don’t exceed than the maximum dose and frequency.
While the products do often actually contain the active ingredient, the obvious issue with counterfeit is the lack of standards and QC/QA. The counterfeit pill that says it contains “100mg of sildenafil” may just as easily in fakes have 138mg of sildenafil in that batch. Of course a counterfeit drug operation isn’t going to discard a dodgy batch headed for unlicensed street sales, its all about money and there are no repercussions and traceability for them unless its constantly dodgy.
At a guess, most people I know that have picked this shit up haven’t had issues because its more likely the batches have less active ingredient than more (again because the operations are purely about money and knows coming after them if it has 79mg instead of 100). I say this based on the experience of a friend who has genuine erectile dysfunction and tried various street packs with “100mg” but found all were less effective (but not completely ineffective) with less side effects than his genuine product, suggesting the dose is actually lower than 100mg. I wouldn’t count on this however.
Expect street medication to be exactly like illegal street drugs in terms of quality and consistency, sometime they will be fun and sometimes they will fuck you up or kill you.
Always consult a doctor before use.
I use 100 mg of sidegra about one night in three. Works great, but I am in good health. No unwanted side fx such as headache or too long boner. There is a research story out there about an Asian man self-medicating to I believe I recall 1300 mg/day, attesting to the fact that tolerance can occur. Cost on Soi Buakhao is 300 baht for the 4 pack.
