You’re way better off just having a doctor prescribe you PrEP for between ~80-96% risk reduction of getting HIV (~80-90% if taken only on days you’re exposed and the two days after, ~96% if taken daily), and Valtrex to prevent Herpes 1 or 2 (2g dose ~1-6hr before exposure). Make sure you’re up to date on Hepatitis A and B vaccine, Japanese encephalitis, as well as HPV (very important).
If you do these things alongside ALWAYS wearing a condom and using proper lubricant (including for oral…if you don’t like protected oral, then don’t do oral), then you basically only risk bacteria infections that can easily be treated ~98% of the time.
Assuming you experience no STD symptoms, wait until you’ve finished holiday to get a comprehensive test, hopefully a full 10-14 days since last encounter (early HIV test, all bacterial ones, HPV 1 and 2, HPV, Hep A, B, and C, etc.). If it’s all negative, then wait until ~90-100 days since last potential exposure before retesting. After ~90 days, the chance of a false negative is basically 0%.
It’s honestly not that risky. Just use protection (ALWAYS), be properly vaccinated and medicated, frankly choose the girls that look nice but not the prettiest (prettiest girls serve the most clients), avoid any with visual herpes breakouts, and before sex, ALWAYS have the lights on so you can see any obvious signs of infection, and if you particularly enjoy ST with a specific girl, then in the future choose her for LT (one session at night and one in the morning, maybe even two sessions the first day) to reduce the # of girls.
